March 19th - 13:00-16:30 at The Lauries, Birkenhead.
The afternoon sessions provide the opportunity to learn more about:

- Information governance
- Understanding and shaping the future of General Practice
- Improving skills when it comes to dealing with challenging
behaviours and conversations
- Help feel more resilient and empowered in roles
There will also be the opportunity to share their own challenges and ideas with other participants and experts.

Course Overview
Agenda for the day will include discussions on:
- Look at General Practice today
- QOF – what is it why is it important, what does it mean for you?
- ICB – what does it mean
- Information Governance in Practice
- Managing challenging behaviour – F2F and via phone calls
- Resilience, workload and reducing stress
Please note, there will be filming and pictures taken at the event for StaffBox's and One Wirral's social media and future marketing activities to help raise awareness and support future events.
